Meet Aragon—the high-energy teen rock band hitting the Fabulous Fox Stage for the second time!
Aragon formed when Gavin (drums) and Samuel (bass) met at School of Rock Kirkwood. Zion (rhythm guitar/vocals) joined after his and Samuel’s moms met at the library (!), and Aislynn (lead guitar/vocals) was recruited after local musicians kept recommending her—one show together and she was in!
Now, two years in, they’re rocking stages across STL and heading to the Teen Talent Finals with their original song “Kiss the Sky”, which was inspired by their love of rock & roll and the excitement they feel when performing.
All four band members plan to continue pursuing the performing arts after high school by writing, recording, and performing their own music. When asked what they love most about performing, Aragon said: “Seeing people sing along, dance, and have fun with our music makes everything we do worth it. It’s an amazing feeling to share our passion and make people feel alive through rock ’n’ roll!”
